We are accepting abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations. Up to 100 abstracts will be selected for Oral Presentations. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your work, we look forward to seeing your research!
The abstract submission deadline is May 5th, 2017 at 23:59 GMT + 3 Hrs. Please be mindful of the time zone!
Abstracts should be limited to 450 words.
All abstracts must be submitted via the online Abstract Module system. Please note that abstracts sent by mail, fax or e-mail will not be accepted.

This is an automated system that will allow you to enter the information online for the authors, affiliations, abstract text (if required with special characters etc.) and keywords in a series of different windows.
Once you sign up, you can also continue working on abstract until you finally decide to submit before the deadline.
You can follow the whole submission and evaluation procedure either within the system or by e-mail notification.
If you are submitting more than one abstract you can use the same login and password for each abstract via online submission module.
Young Researcher’s Award
The International Association of Inflammation Societies (IAIS) sponsors a competition for the encouragement of young scientists to perform exploratory and applied research in the general area of inflammation. Contestants must be candidates for advanced degrees: M.S., Ph.D., M.D., D.O., D.D.S., D.V.M., graduate students and first year post-doctoral fellows. Those who have won first place in a previous year are ineligible to compete again. Through this award, the IAIS wishes to develop a commitment to high quality inflammation research in young scientists.
Notification of Abstract Acceptance
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and its decision will have been announced to authors by May 23, 2017. Notification of acceptance will be sent to the Presenter’s e-mail address. Scientific Committee’s decisions will be based upon evaluation of its scientific standard.
The scientific committee reserves the right to assign each accepted abstract into the most appropriate form of presentation. After selection, all presenting authors will be provided with full information regarding PowerPoint preparation, poster size, style and layout, as required.
All presenters must be registered to attend the WCI 2017 London Congress.
All the poster presentations will be prepared as an electronic poster.

- Please login to abstract submission system with your email and password you used for submitting your abstract.
- Click on My Abstracts.
- Click Upload Poster Presentation
- Copy and Paste each part of your poster to related areas, upload your tables and figures.
- Preview your poster using the PREVIEW button
- Approve your poster using the APPROVE button
- Your poster will be shown as an electronic poster during the congress in the congress center foyers.
