Confirmation, Cancellation, and Refunds

Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form. Completed forms may be returned via post, email, or completed online at

Registration must be postmarked by no later than January 7, 2017 to qualify for early fees.

All cancellations must be made by sending an email to no later than March 3, 2017.

For all notifications of cancellation, please make a reference to a bank account, with Swift Code, where a possible refund may be remitted, less bank charges. In cases where a booking cancellation is requested, cancellation fees will be charged according to the following schedule.
